I am Birdie's ex sister in law. She was married years ago to my brother, Bobby Flatt. He proceeded her in death on April, 26, 2016. I have been searching for her for years. My deepest condolences to Joe and the entire family. I loved her dearly and will always hold her in my heart. I am saddened she left this world so young.
