Floris Hazel Preston, 89, of Indianapolis passed away Friday, July 1, 2017.  Floris was born on October 4, 1927 in Indianapolis, IN.  She was a bartender for many years before retiring.  She was an animal lover, and very caring.  She always put others first.  She was a very straight-forward person.  She enjoyed playing, and beating, others at cards.  She liked to go on walks and stay active.  She loved being social and visiting with people.

Floris is survived by her niece Sandra Reeves; her great-nieces and nephews Billy Adams, Virginia Upton, Floyd Upton, Joanna Upton, and Beulah Upton; and her great-great- nephews Noah and Danta.
