My Grandpa passed away on February 5 he was 91 years old .. I can't even to begin how grateful we are for sherry and Chris.. they both went out of the way to do everything they could to give my Grandpa the proper burial he deserved.. sherry met all of our needs with a smile on her face she was always there when we needed a hand a laugh or even just a tissue.. .. Chris went out of his way the day we had to set everything up and helped to get the 21 gun salute that my Grandpa deserved.. they are both very amazing and do a wonderful Job .. I would recommend them to everyone I know .. my Grandpa looked amazing even after us having to wait a little extra time to get what he deserved.. in no fault to the funeral home .. Thank you both for going above and beyond and definitely out of your way to make this a special day ..

I cannot say enough good things about Judy and all the people at Fountain Square funeral service. When I lost my dad it was the worst day of my life and I dreaded having to make funeral arrangements but it had to be done so my mom and I met with Judy and it was the best decision we could have made. She was so kind and caring and was even able to make us laugh through the pain we were feeling. She listened to every word we told her about my dad and our family and wrote the most beautiful obituary I've ever read. It was as if she herself knew my dad, everyone loved it. When we weren't able to have our pastor come for the service she spoke and prayed with us and did an amazing job. My dad looked so good and every aspect of the viewing and funeral were perfect. Even on my dad's obituary Judy added Christmas and Halloween images because we told her how much he loved those Holidays. These little extra details just show that she genuinely cared and listened when she asked us questions about my dad. I could just go on and on but I will just end with this, when we found out how affordable the funeral service would be I expected that they would cut corners elsewhere and that the facility or funeral would seem cheap but this was not the case. The facility, funeral and even the casket we used for the service (we cremated him after service) were beautiful. Nothing looked or felt cheap and that helped us so much. We didn't have a ton of money but we're still able to say goodbye to my dad with dignity and give him a funeral that he deserved.

I am giving another testimonial, because my brother passed away on 09/17/2019 very unexpectedly. I was in shock but I knew who to call for my brother's service. Chris and Judy are so wonderful and compassionate they went above and beyond. Chris took care of all of the paperwork with I had no idea that Medicaid would help so much with the cremation and the service. We was even able to have a graveside service that was so amazing. Judy performed the service and did so beautifully. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I want to say thank you so much to Chris and Judy. I found this funeral home in Dec of 2017 when my father was in Hospice. I was going through a very hard time. I called and went to several funeral homes. When I spoke to Chris I knew that I did not need to call anyone else. He showed so much compassion for my father's and my situation I did not find that in any other place that I had called or visited. My father passed the very next day after I had planned his funeral. Chris took care of all of the paperwork with the insurance. I would highly recommend Fountain Square over any other place. I want to thank Chris and the staff for caring and treating people like family and with such compassion . That is so important during such a hard thing as a loved one passing.

The past 3 months have been extremely hard on my family. We lost my grandma 3 days after my birthday and almost 2 months to the day we lost my dad. Through it all fountain square funeral home and it’s staff have been a rock for us. My appreciation and undieing thanks go out to you. The entire staff went way beyond my expectations. I would like to give special thanks to Chris and Judy who’s understanding and compassion helped to temper our bereavement.
