William Craig Hollinghead 61, of Laurel, Mississippi passed away peacefully on September 8th, at his home in Indianapolis, IN after a long battle with lung cancer.
Born on May 15th, 1964, William was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, father, grandfather, and friend. Anyone who got the chance to know him knew he was as hardheaded as they come but with a loving soul. He was a stubborn man never on anyone’s time but his, rather that meant 1hr to 5hrs. He loved to listen to music not just one kind of genre but many. Craig was a jack of all trades he could fix a car or help build a house. He loved to go fishing and deer hunting but most of all he loved spending time with family and friends.
William is survived by his brother Donnie Hollinghead, sister Vicki Pryor, daughter Sierra Hollinghead, grandchildren Aubree Lawless, Anthony Lawless 3rd, and Larry Lawless with a host of in-laws, stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins who will love and cherish him forever more until we meet again.
William was preceded in passing by his mother Betty J (Walker) Lewis, his father Val Hollinghead, and his brother Kenneth Hollinghead.
In the honor and celebration of William C. Hollinghead funeral services and visitations will be held at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral services located at 1420 Prospect St. Indianapolis, IN. 46203 on Monday September 15th, 2025 starting at 10am for private immediate family ONLY doors will then open to other family, friends and public at 11am. Services will begin at 1pm following to the burial services being held at Floral Park Cemetery located on 425 N. Holt Rd. Indianapolis, IN. 46222.
