William "Bill" Edward Hargrave

William “Bill” Edward Hargrave, 76, passed away August 27, 2026.
He was born August 18, 1950, in Indianapolis to the late, Herman & Charlotte Hargave. Bill retired as a cab driver after many years. He was known for his quick wit, stubbornness, and his love of fishing. He cherished his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Bill is survived by his children, Billy (Beth Ann) Hargrave, David (Tammy) Hargrave, Lisa (Brian Carter) McCabe, Steven (Tabitha) Hargrave, and Teddy (Stephanie) Hargrave; 18 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Anna Hargrave; siblings, Russell, Caroline, Herman, Pauline, Bob, Jenny, Barbara, Clarence, Richard, and Candy.
Services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 8, at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services, with visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of services. His final resting place will be at New Crown Cemetery.
