Violet Paiz, 62, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, December 21, 2021.
Violet was born in Indianapolis, IN on February 6, 1959 to Rosco and Mary Louiese (Holt) Eversole. She was a social person with a knack for getting along with others, and turned that into a career. She worked as a waitress and also for a company taking Nursing Home patients to the hospital. Violet loved loved loved dancing and considered herself the Cumbia Queen of Indy. She was fun and tough, never letting anything slow her down. Violet had a big heart with a lot of love to give. She was the backbone and the glue of the family, as well as the rolodex, gps, calendar, and family tree expert. She knew everyone's name spellings, how they were related, their birthdays, their numbers, and how to get anywhere you asked her. She was close with her sisters Vicky and Patricia and considered them among her best friends. She was a wonderful mother, fun sister, doting grandmother, and overjoyed great-grandmother. She adored them all.
Violet is survived by her children Crystal Eversole and Tina Contreras; her grandkids Daniel, Natalie, Christian, Jesus, Flora, Alicia, Kirsten, Homero, Isidro, and Xiomara; her great-grandkids Jocelyn, Aiden, Amias, Ava, Sophia, Amelia, Catalina, Mateo, and Lorenzo on his way; her siblings Vicky Gomez, Russell Eversole, and Patricia Eversole, nieces Rusty Eversole and Jennifer Davila; nephew Steven Hyatt; great-nieces Maria and Dora; great-nephew Ivan Jimenez; bonus sister Yanire Urrutia; bonus niece Rosemary Urrutia; and best friend Evelynn Welch.
Violet is preceded in passing by her parents, Rosco and Mary Eversole; her brother Walter Eversole; and her sister Caroline Smith.
