Troy Davis III

Troy Davis III, 33, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 31, 2021.

Troy was born in Indianapolis, IN on July 19, 1985 to Troy Jr and Nancy (Helton) Davis.  Troy enjoyed listening to music and crossword puzzles.  He worked on cars and trucks with his dad, and whenever his health allowed he jumped at the chance to swim and play sports with the kids.  Troy was goofy and down to Earth.  He had a huge heart and cared about a lot of people. He was the type of man who would always let you know he cared and was thinking about you, he never left his love unsaid.  He will be greatly missed.

Troy is survived by his children Haley Davis, Madison Davis, Autumn Davis, and Jackson Akers; his parents Troy Davis Jr and Nancy Davis; his siblings Laura Michelle (Justin Sr) Stewart and Michael Edward Davis Sr; his grandmothers Virginia Helton and Carolyn Wilson; and his niblings Kinzie Davis, Levi Davis, Lil Mikey Davis, Jay Davis, Braydin Stewart, Justin Stewart Jr, and Brooklynn Stewart; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family.

Troy is preceded in passing by his grandfathers Troy Davis Sr and Willis Helton Sr.
