Tony Phillips Obituary

Tony Phillips, 53, of Indianapolis, passed away on Thursday, July 21st, 2022. Tony was born in West Virginia on January 14,1969, child of Daisy Mae Phillips and Carl Smith.

He is survived by his children, Tony York, Dillan York, Olivia Church, Caden Church, Jacquelin Church, Noah Phillips, and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. His siblings, Jackie Phillips, Dale Phillips, Carl Sizemore Jr., and Billy Sizemore.

Tony is proceeded in passing by his parents, Daisy Phillips and Carl Smith, his daughter, Brenda York, and his siblings, Jeffery Botkins, and Scott Sizemore.

Friends and family are invited from the hours of 2-4PM, Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.
