Timothy "Tim" Randolph Shelley, 65, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023.
Tim was born in Rock Hill, South Carolina, on August 23, 1958 to Randolph Shelley and Ruth Faulkenberry. He worked many jobs throughout his life but Grandpa was his favorite. He was always there for his grandchildren and loved them fiercely. He will be missed.
