Tammy Lynn (Buntain) Botkins

Tammy Lynn Botkins, 51, of Indianapolis, formerly of Jefferson County, KY, passed away on July 27. 2022.

Tammy was born in Jefferson County, KY on March 29, 1971 to Arthur and Debrah (Terrance) Buntain.  Tammy was full of life, she brightened up whatever space she was in.  Her family was her whole world and she did everything she could for them. She adored her children and grandkids, and in turn they adored her.  Tammy was generous, the type of person to give you the shirt off her back if you needed it.  She was selfless and courageous, doing whatever she could for those she loved.  She was taken too soon, but she is now at peace, reunited with the love of her life Jeffery Botkins.

Tammy is survived by her children Kalia Filzen, Kacie Baidas, Jeffery Botkins Jr, and Nichole Buntain; her grandchildren Camariya Johnson, Desmond Travis Buntain, Dakodaist Baxter, Nalani Baxter, Jayveyon Johnson, Dachyus Buntain, and Camarion Filzen; her parents Arthur and Debrah Buntain; her brothers Danny Buntain and Lanny Buntain; and several nieces and nephews.

Tammy is preceded in passing by her husband Jeffery Botkins.

Friends and family are invited to gather between the hours of 2-4 PM on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.
