Susan Lynn (Davidson) McGinley

Susan Lynn McGinley, 60, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 8, 2021.

Susan was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 16, 1960 to Jottie B Davidson and Geraldine A (Staley) Davidson.  Susan loved cats and doted on hers.  She enjoyed traveling, especially to the beach in Florida.  She could often be found in warm weather laying out in the sun by the pool, soaking up the rays.  She enjoyed cooking and her soap operas, especially The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, and her favorite of all time, Guiding Light.  Susan's favorite color was coral orange, an outgoing color for an outgoing person.  Susan devoted her life to her family and she loved being a grandma, or Nanny as everyone called her.  She was always Nanny to everyone.

Susan is survived by her husband, Jimmy McGinley; her children Lynsey and Tara; her step-children Paul, Michael, and Billy James; her sister Bethann; her brothers Mark and Jottie; her sisters-in-law Cindy and Connie Lynn; 13 grandchildren; and lots of extended family, including nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Susan is preceded in passing by her parents Jottie B nd Geraldine A Davidson.

A Memorial Service will be 7 PM, February 17, 2021 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 4-7 PM.
