Shirley Ann Phillips, 67, of Indianapolis, passed away on May 1, 2020.
Shirley was born on January 15, 1953, in Indianapolis, IN to Thomas and Wanda May (Bolin) Ash. She worked several bartending jobs over her life, always around Fountain Square, her stomping grounds. She had a lot of love to give, and gave it freely to those she cared about. She adored her grandchildren and spending time with them.

Shirley is preceded in passing by her husband John "Big Man" Phillips; her parents Thomas and Wanda Ash; and her brother John Ash.
