Sheldon Scott Scruggs

Sheldon Scott Scruggs, 58, passed away on Friday April 3, 2026 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

He was born on March 6, 1968, to the late Roy T. & Luticia R. (Montgomery) Scruggs. Sheldon was a "jack-of-all-trades" and owned his own masonry cleaning business for several years. In his spare time he loved spending time with family and friends. 

Sheldon is survived by his children, Shelli Cramer, Kaylee Scruggs, Kimmie Tiburcio, Jessica Franklin; his 11 grandchildren; his brothers and sisters, Jeff (Patty), Terri (Chris), Mark, Loren (Renee), and Gina; half-brothers, John (Amy), Tom (Kay); and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years Kimberlee Scruggs; his parents Roy, and Luticia Scruggs; brother, Alfred; and sisters, Debra, Vicki, and Ronda. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm Monday, April 13, at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services, with visitation from Noon until time of services.
