Ruth Annalee (Hall) Blanton

 Ruth Annalee Blanton, 82, passed away April 6, 2026.

She was born February 2, 1944, in Kentucky to the late, Eli & Tena (Noble) Hall.

Ruth is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Tena & Anthony Hubbard and Candy & Ray Kelso; son & daughter-in-law, Chester & Trisha Hall; grandchildren, James Riddle, Larry Hall, Kathlene (husband, Michael) Neal, Alisha (Cody Saunders) Hubbard, Robert Harlow, Anthony Hubbard II, Nicholas Hubbard, and Alivia Hubbard; great grandchildren, Mia, Aniyah, Sophia, Anthony III, Keegan, Carter, Nyla, and Nicholas; friend, Kim Buckely; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband, Larry Hall; and several siblings.

Services will be at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, at House of Victory, 1006 Laurel Street, with visitation from 11 A.M. until the time of services. Burial will be at New Crown Cemetery.

Arrangements were entrusted to Foutain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.
