Russell Lee Hargrave Jr, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away on January 17, 2022.

Russell was born on August 11, 1953 at Camp Asbury to Russell Sr and Shirley (Thompson) Hargrave. He worked for Kesler Auctions transporting cars, a job that took him all over and fed his love of travel. He ran a booth at the Everton Flea Market with his wife on the weekends. Russell enjoyed watching football and racing. Most of all he was a family man. He was overprotective of his kids, grandkids, and his wife of 40 years Gail. He always worried about them and tried to keep them safe and happy. He was very proud to be a grandpa and loved his grandkids fiercely.

Russell is survived by the love of his life, Gail Hargrave; his daughters Jennifer Hargrave, Rosa Hargrave, and Felicia Hargrave; his grandchildren Rosa May, Leroy Lowell, Jonathan Dale, Rosanna Gail, and Abigail Marie, all Hargraves; close friend Steve Kesler; and several nieces and nephews.

Russell is preceded in passing by his parents Russell Sr and Shirley Hargrave; 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
