Russell was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 6, 1959 to Walter and Shirley Ann (Hart) Davidson. He was a painter by trade, but he really did it all. Russell was a farmer, a caretaker, a groundskeeper, he had an amazing work ethic and liked to stay active, taking care of his land. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He served in the Army and loved his country, Russell was very proud to be an American.
Russell was always the life of the party. He was fun and witty with a heart of gold. He adored his family and spending time with them, doting on his grandkids. He would drop everything and help out anyone in his family, no matter what. That was a sacred bond to him, and one he cherished. He was a great man, a loving father, a doting grandfather and he will be sorely missed.
