63, also known as Dino of Indianapolis,Indiana, passed away on July 17th, 2021 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Richard was born on February 28th, 1958 in Corbin, Kentucky. He was a forklift operator for many years. He also served in the army for our country until he was medically discharged. He is survived by his brother, Bruce Smith; Children, Amanda (Cayden) Smith, Damon (Brittany) Baker, Randall (Sarah) Baker, and Richard Baker; Grandchildren, Dean, Brantley, Cameron, Hunter, Logan, Karlie, and Kaylie Baker. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 from 4 to 7pm at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Service will be Tuesday, July 27th, 2021 at 7pm at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.
