Richard Troutt Obituary

Richard Homer Troutt, 54, of Indianapolis, passed away on September 15, 2021 peacefully surrounded by his family.

Richard was born in Indianapolis, IN on August 26, 1967 to Richard Paul and Beatrice (Denton) Troutt.  He worked as a Manager for Henry's Auto Sales for many years. Richard loved going out in his RV, camping, and going fishing. He was a sentimental guy, he valued memories over treasures.  Everyone liked Richard, he worked as a bouncer for many years and made a lot of friends that way.  He was a smooth talker, and the best friend or brother anyone could ask for. 

Richard is survived by his daughters Meghan Troutt and Wanda Troutt; his grandchildren McKenzie, Olivia, Aubrey, and Aiden; his sisters Paula Batemon and Sherry Kristy; his brother Jerry Eddings; Best friend of the family Cynthia Sizemore; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Richard is preceded in passing by his parents Richard and Beatrice Troutt.

Funeral Services for Richard will be 1 PM, Friday, September 24, 2021 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.  Visitation will be from 11 AM until the hour of service. Burial will follow services at New Crown Cemetery.
