Randy Allen Eckelberry

Randy Allen Eckelberry, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 14, 2025.

Born on May 3, 1966, in Indianapolis to George Jackson and Norma (Hulen) Franks, Randy was a man with a big heart and an even bigger sense of humor. He was a loyal brother, a good friend, and someone who truly enjoyed the simple things in life—especially spending time with family and friends. Whether it was catching up at a loved one’s house or just hanging out, he valued the people around him.

Randy faced his share of struggles but always did his best, and now, he has finally found peace.

He is survived by his children: Secret, Kelli Marie, Randy, Emili, and Sam; his brother Burt; his bonus brother Billy; cousin Brenda; and many friends who will miss him dearly.

Randy is preceded in passing by his father, George Jackson; his mother, Norma Franks; and his sister, Debbie.
