Rachel "Rae" Nicole Howard, 31, of Indianapolis, passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
Rae was born in Indianapolis, IN on September 13, 1989 to Richard and Melissa (Rutherford) Howard. After graduating High School she went on to work towards her Bachelors Degree in Medical Assisting but worked as a Shift Supervisor for Amazon for many years at a Distribution Warehouse. As the second oldest of 12, Rae was stubborn, bossy, and hard-headed, but she came by it naturally and was well-meaning. She had a strong work ethic, always trying to do her best by her kids. She was a fighter, and through all her struggles she never lost hope or faith.
She loved music and painting, and took pride in her things. She was in the process of fixing up the house she lived in, putting her boundless love into her home. She had a heart of gold, and there was no hate in her. She was a loving, caring person who always had good intentions. Her family compassionately deeply loved her, and she will be greatly missed.
Rae is survived by her children Nataleigh, Timmy, Kyleigh, and Mckenzeigh, all O'Keefees; her parents Melissa and Richard; her siblings Rosalie, Rikki, Ruby, Renee, Relissa, Richard Jr, Randy, Ryan, Randon, Riley, and Rocky; and 18 nieces and nephews with another on the way.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." - John 3:16
"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever." - 23rd Psalm
-23rd Psalm
