Paula Jean (Yates) Mason

Paula Jean Mason, 52, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 29, 2022.

Paula was born in Indianapolis, IN on August 13, 1969 to Frances and Geneva (Whitehouse) Yates.  She had her Bachelors in Dietary Management and worked in her field for many years.  Paula liked listening to music and fishing. She was at home in the kitchen and a great cook. She was always talking on the phone and loved nothing more than spending time with her family.  She also did enjoy her alcohol and diet coke.

Paula is survived by her Husband Chauncey Mason; her Daughter Tianna Carter; her son Reid Abney; her Grandchildren Meiya McKinney, Asiah Carter, Jeremiah Coffey Jr, and D'Legacy Carter; Sister Patty Yates; Nephew Julian Yates; Daughter-in-Law Dionna Carter; and lots of distant cousins, extended family, and friends.

A Memorial Service for Paula will be from 1-3 PM, Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.
