Paula Ann Fullen, 58, departed from us on July 18, 2023.
Born on December 25, 1964, in Indianapolis, IN, she was the beloved daughter of Wallace and Mary Ellen (Bayt) Blue. Her birthday being on a holiday greatly influenced her lifelong adoration for festive occasions. Paula found immense joy in celebrating every season and holiday, creating elaborate Easter Villages, Halloween Villages, and her cherished Christmas Villages.
When her grandchildren came into her life, Paula's love expanded to new heights. Her grandkids became the center of her world, and she showered them with endless love and affection. Their happiness was her ultimate pride and joy.
Paula's big heart and accepting nature meant she never knew a stranger. Her home was always open, and she warmly welcomed her children's friends, who lovingly referred to her as "mom." Her generous spirit knew no bounds, and she offered unwavering support and care to those in need.
A determined problem-solver, Paula approached challenges head-on. If she didn't immediately have a solution, she would work diligently until she found one. Her compassionate nature extended to her willingness to lend a listening ear to anyone who sought her comfort.
She loved camping and shopping, finding pleasure in both nature's beauty and the excitement of finding treasures during shopping excursions. Paula had a fondness for Steven Seagal movies and the "Fast and the Furious" series, showcasing her diverse interests.
Though she had a tendency to be fashionably late, Paula's independence, strength, and fighting spirit were unmistakable. Her resilience and courage inspired those around her, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Paula leaves behind her children, Josh, Jonathan, Justin, and Jessica, along with her treasured grandchildren, JJ, Noah, Jonathan, Brendon, Cole, Evelyn, Mia, and Vincent. Her father, Wallace, and brothers, Michael (Susan) and Patrick, also mourn her passing. Paula's boyfriend, Bob, shared a special place in her heart, and she is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Paula is preceded in passing by her mother Mary Ellen Blue.
