Nevaeh La'na Buckner

Nevaeh La'na Buckner, 18, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 13, 2023.

Nevaeh was born on February 29, 2004 to Roy Garrett and Ivory Buckner in Indianapolis, IN. Nevaeh was a shining light. She had a contagious smile that always lit up the room. Neveah was the oldest child, and everything she did was for her family. She adored her sisters, and was the second mother of the house. Neveah took care of everybody, and she was truly a gift from god.

Nevaeh is survived by her mother Ivory Buckner; her father Roy Garrett; her sisters Skye, Starr, and Serenity Buckner; her grandmother Pattricia Monroe; her granny Lisa Jenkins; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Nevaeh is preceded in passing by her grandfathers; her brother Angel; her cousin Massiah; and her uncle Rodrick.

Services for Nevaeh will be held on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Fountain Square Cremation and Funeral Services at 4:00PM.  Family and friends are invited to visit from 2:00PM until the hour of the service.
