Marvin Keith Hasty Jr, 80, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 4, 2023.
Keith was born in Indianapolis, IN on February 4, 1942 to Marvin Sr and Bernita Wood. Keith was very likable. He never knew a stranger, and no matter if he just met someone, he'd tell them "You look good today". He was naturally charming and had a very forgiving nature. Keith was honest, sometimes too honest, but he had a big heart and was very generous. Keith proudly taught Marvin, his son, his trade, and made sure he knew the value of work. He had a strong faith, and was very proud to be a saved Christian.
Keith is survived by his children Marvin III and Lynnette; his grandchildren Taylor, Kyle, Blake, And Kristine; his sister Karen; his stepmother Peggy Hasty; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Keith is preceded in passing by his father Marvin Hasty Sr and his mother Bernita Wood.
Funeral Services for Keith will be 7 PM, Monday, February 13, 2023 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will from 4 PM until the hour of service. A graveside committal will be 11 AM, Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at Sutherland Park Cemetery.
