Mark Anthony Petro

Mark Anthony Petro, 32, of Indianapolis passed away on October 31, 2025, at the age of 32, at the Sydney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital.  Mark was born on November 10, 1991, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert Petro and Kim Moran.  Mark worked in the tree care business.  In his free time, he loved to draw, perform woodworking, especially wood carving, and most importantly spend time with his daughter watching movies.

Mark is survived by his daughter, Melody Petro; parents Robert Petro (significant other Amanda Gaede) and Kim Moran; brother, Cory Moran; grandmothers: Jeannie Moran and Connie Carter; uncles: John Petro and Brian Lawson; aunts: Kim Petro, Tammy Lawson and Jodie Petro; special cousin, Angela Marcus; many other family members.  Mark is preceded in death by his grandfathers: Bob Petro and Bob Moran.

Funeral services for Mark will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Fountain Square Cremation and Funeral Service, 1420 Prospect Street.  Mark will be buried in Floral Park Cemetery following the funeral service.  The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, November 13, 2025, and for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
