Joe was born in Kansas City, Missouri, on March 28, 1958. When Joe was 17, he joined the United States Marine Corps. While overseas, he met the love of his life, Mieko. Together, the
two would go on to have five children, knowing home was wherever each other were. In 1996, Joe would plant his forever root on Beville Ave here in Indiana. Here, he would watch as his
family of seven slowly grew to a big, boisterous, family of 30. Joe was a man who could always make anyone smile and laugh, even on his hardest days. Joe enjoyed nice summer and spring
days in his garden, and on the other days he enjoyed going to the casino with his wife Mieko. Joe loved travelling in his car, visiting different states. Joe loved bragging about his hair (always).
Joe loved having his home filled with laughter and chatter from his kids and grandkids. Joe was the type of man to give you the last dime in his pocket to make sure those around him were taken
care of. Joe was a man who had a heart of pure gold. Joe has left an everlasting mark on the lives of everyone he’d met. He will forever be loved and missed.
