Linda Leah Carrell, 72, of Indianapolis, formerly of Concord, CA, passed away on December 14, 2020.
Linda was born in Concord, CA on March 12, 1948 to Neil and Mary (Parker) Hitchcock. Linda was incredibly artsy and into crafts. She was very talented and enjoyed painting. Her favorite thing to do was to do arts and crafts with her grandchildren. She liked to stay busy and was a bold person, red being her favorite color. She was loving and always willing to help others, with unlimited compassion. She spent her time volunteering as a CASA (Court appointed special advocate), a person who investigated and helped children who were victims of the system and circumstances.
Linda is survived by her children, David and Anita; her grandchildren Megan, Jeremiah, Regan, Rebecca, and Carrissa; her great-grandchildren Rilee, Qwentyn, And Liam; her sisters Debbie, Pat, and Terri; and several nieces and nephews.
Linda is preceded in passing by her parents Neil and Mary Hitchcock; her grandson Gabriel; and her sister Beverly.
Services for Lina will be 1 PM, Monday, January 4, 2021 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 11 AM until the hour of service. Burial will follow at Concordia Cemetery.
