Lesley Yvette O'Hara

Lesley Yvette O’Hara, born on July 23, 1974, in Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away peacefully on January 6, 2026. She was the fourth child of Frances L. O’Hara and James Williams.

Lesley graduated from Warren Central High School in 1994. She later dedicated many years of hard work and commitment to Caito Fruit & Vegetable Warehouse, where she served as a warehouse worker and built lasting connections with those around her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances L. O’Hara; her father, James Williams; and her eldest brother, Kevin Lee Hodges.

Lesley leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her sons, Ravaughn T. White and Orrin Thompson Jr.; her siblings, Charmaine A. Johnson and Christopher La Monte Johnson; and her beloved granddaughter, Orrianna Thompson.

The family of Lesley Yvette O’Hara extends their heartfelt appreciation for the many acts of kindness, prayers, and support shown during their time of bereavement. May God bless and keep each of you.
