Larry H Atkinson 87 of Mooresville passed away on April 17, 2024

Larry was born on April 21, 1936. Larry was the oldest of three boys born to Harold and Josephine Atkinson. Brothers Gene (Darlene) Atkinson and Bruce (former Kay) Atkinson. Larry was a truck driver for over 55 years. He started out driving a milk truck for Herman delivering to Maplehurst. In 1969 he went to work for Lawyer’s Trucking driving for the late Doc Lawyer. That company becoming Crouch trucking . He was married to the late Rita Huff having 4 children. Robin (Bruce) Brock, Kevin (Tammy) Atkinson, Leanne (Mike) Siegrist, and one child that preceded him in death. Later he married Francis Martin having three additional children Tammy (Kaushik) Mandal. Lisa Atkinson, Jennifer Atkinson. Larry had 34 grandchildren 61 great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death also by grandchildren and others.
