Justin Ray Collins

Justin Ray Collins, 40, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 13, 2024.

Justin was born in Indianapolis, IN on February 7, 1984 to Donna (Pursel) Shearer. A talented tattoo artist, Justin took pride in his work, enjoying the freedom and creativity it gave him. He was a hardworking and trustworthy individual with a knack for tinkering. Whether taking things apart or attempting to put them back together—successful or not—it was a hobby he loved. He could be very charming, especially with the fairer sex.  Justin’s  was funny and goofy with a knack to make anyone laugh, he was a born entertainer.  Justin adored his daughter Lyric and spending quality time with her, often watching Anime together.  He was kind hearted and always ready to lend a hand.  He will be missed.

Justin is survived by his daughter Lyric Collins; his mother Donna; his brothers Jason Shearer and Matt (Crystal White) Shearer, niece Desaray; nephews Chris Clay, Tyler Bingham, and Ryan White; great-nephew Danny; the mother of his daughter Stacy Cooper; and many friends.
