John Witt

John Witt, 44, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 31, 2021.

John was born in Indianapolis, IN on January 30, 1977, to John and Robin Witt.  John enjoyed being outside.  He liked hunting, fishing, camping, and even yardwork.  He was good with his hands and loved to work on cars.  He had a good work ethic.  He was the type of person who met no enemies, he had a good heart and loved to talk to people. John was a gifted storyteller, a trait he got from his father, he was funny and enjoyed making others laugh.  His family was important to him and he loved his kids fiercely.  He fought his own demons but he always did the best that he could. 

John is survived by his children Brandi Sutt, Christopher Witt, and Abigale Witt; his sister Jennifer (Witt) Swearingin; his nieces Whitney Dunkerson and Lauren Diaz; he was a Godgrandpa to Jayden Hudson; and survived by many extended family members.

John is preceded in passing by his parents John and Robin Witt; and his grandparents Donald Jacquelyn Hills; and his grandpa Roy Witt.

Services for John will be 7 PM, Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 3 PM until the hour of service.
