Jewel D (Jones) Earl

Jewel D Earl, 89, of Indianapolis, formerly of Tompkinsville, KY, passed away on November 10, 2021.

Jewel was born in Tompkinsville, KY, on September 25, 1932 to Nancy Allen. She worked for General Motors for many years before retiring. Jewel enjoyed playing Bingo.  She had a big heart and loved fiercely.  Her family was very important and she took care of her grandbabies, they were her life. Especially her great-and great-great-grandbabies.  Jewel was never one to stay idle, and as her love language was Acts of Service her kids would often come home to find their lawns mowed, flowers planted.  She always thought of others above herself and did for them what she could.

Jewel is survived by her children Kenny, Chuck, Bobby, Cathy, Rebecca, and April; her grandchildren Jeremy, Nick, Bridget, Natasha, Billy, Jennifer, Jeffery, Devin, and Timothy; great-grandchildren Josh, Kaylie, Brittany, Cody, Faith, Ciera, and Layla; great-great-grandchildren Bentley, Levi, Phoenix, Luna, and Hendrix; sisters Linda, Joyce, Penny, and Rachel; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Jewel is preceded in passing by her mother Nancy Allen and her husband Lee Earl.

Services for Jewel will be from 1-3 PM, Monday, November 22, 2021 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services.
