Jerry Wayne Ford

Jerry Wayne Ford, age 70, of Marion, Indiana, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025.

Jerry will be remembered most for his kind spirit, his ever-present smile, and the joy he brought to everyone around him. No matter what life handed him, he carried himself with warmth, positivity, and an amazing personality that made people feel at ease in his presence.

He found great happiness in the simple things—especially in the love he shared with his loyal dog, Mott. Mott was more than a pet; he was Jerry’s constant companion, joining him on walks and in play, filling Jerry’s days with laughter and comfort.

Jerry also cherished the time he spent with his caregiver, Sabrina Griffin, and their family, who became an extension of his own. Their companionship and love enriched his life deeply.

He is survived by his brothers, Gilbert Ford and Chester Coffelt, along with several nieces and nephews who will forever treasure his memory.

Jerry’s life was a testament to kindness, resilience, and love. His smile and spirit will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
