Jennie Rebecca Carrier, age 50, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 27, 2023. She was born in Shelbyville, Indiana, to her parents Joseph and Peggy Joann (Hobbs) Carrier.
Jennie had a remarkable spirit, always radiating positivity and bringing joy to the lives of those around her. She had a unique talent for making people laugh and wasn't afraid to be silly to lift the spirits of others. She was known for her strong work ethic and dedicated herself to taking care of her family. Her home was always immaculate, a testament to her commitment to maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for her loved ones.
One of Jennie's distinctive qualities was her expressiveness when she spoke. Her family and friends could always count on her to be candid and open in her communication. She was lovingly nicknamed "Rubber Lips" by her father because of her chattiness, a trait that endeared her to many.
Jennie possessed a deep reservoir of strength and generosity. She had an innate ability to put others before herself, going to great lengths to help those in need. She would give the shirt off her back if it meant making someone else's life a little bit better.
Jennie is survived by her loving husband, Doug Robinson, her children Clyde Robinson and Erin Robinson, and her cherished grandchild, Kayson. She is also survived by her father, Joseph Carrier, her siblings Emily Carrier, Summer Pierce, and Ryan Carrier, as well as several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Jennie is preceded in passing by her daughter, Emily Luginbill, and her mother, Peggy Carrier.
Jennie Rebecca Carrier's warmth, humor, and selfless nature will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will continue to bring smiles to those who remember the joy she brought to their lives.
