Jeffrey Asher

Jeffrey Asher, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away on August 3, 2021.

Jeffrey was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 5, 1963, to Robert Ray Asher and Doris Marie (Barnes) Varvel. He worked for a moving company for many years until his health forced him into retirement. Jeffrey was stubborn and tough.  His favorite thing in the world was being behind the handlebars of his Harley on the open road.  He had a wonderful work ethic and worked hard his whole life. Jeffrey like to joke around and had a gift for making others laugh. He was trying to be the best grandfather he could be.  Jeffrey had a strong faith and attended Church most of his life, he is finally at peace in Heaven with his mother and father, which is all he wanted toward the end.

Jeffrey is survived by his children Laura (Kenneth) Henry and Robert (Angela) Asher; his grandchildren Dominique Asher, Deven Asher, Anastazia Asher, Robert Asher Jr, and Shayna Stewert; his sister Lisa (Keith) McDaniel; and his nephews Josh and Jeremy McDaniel.

Jeffrey is preceded in passing by his father, Robert Asher, and his mother, Doris Varvel.

A graveside service for Jeffrey will be held at a later date.
