Jeanette Elise Chris

Jeanette Elise Chris, 61, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 23, 2022.

Jeanette was born in Indianapolis, IN on July 2, 1961 to Eugene Joseph Patchon and Helen Delores Halloran. Jeanette liked watching TV, her favorite show was Charmed, and it was almost always on.  She cared deeply, and loved a lot of people.  She had her own way of showing it, something that was sometimes hard to understand, but she did.  Her family was very important, when her mother fell ill she helped with her care for many years.  She was a devoted daughter, great sister, and loving mother.

Jeanette is survived by her sons Zachery (Monica) Chris and Andrew (Savanna) Chris; her grandchildren Kaleb, Avelynn, Luna, Kiyah, Sofia, and Xander; her siblings James Patchon, Jerold Patchon, Angel Ellis, Carlotta Myers, and John Patchon; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Jeanette is preceded in passing by her father Eugene Patchon; her mother Helen Halloran; her son Jeremy Chris; her granddaughter Hailey; and her brother Joseph Patchon.

Memorial Services for Jeanette will be 2 PM, Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 12 PM noon until the hour of service.
