James T Fidler

James T Fidler, 39, of Indianapolis, passed on January 3, 2022.

James was born in Indianapolis, IN on March 27, 1982 to James T Fidler Jr and Angela (Ashmore) Howard.  He was a jack of all trades.  James saw the value in everything, he collected things others had discarded with plans to fix and make something of it. James was one of a kind.  He had a mind of his own, did what he wanted, ornery as a snake, and more stubborn than a mule.  He was also thoughtful with a good heart. He cared about people and would move heaven and earth for those he loved.   Ice cream was his favorite treat in the world and he enjoyed a bowl every night he could.  Green olives were his favorite snack and gummy bears his weakness.  James did the best he could with the hand he was dealt.  And regardless of everything, he kept his good heart.

James is survived by his girlfriend, Donna Parksey; his children Isabella and Gage Vaughn; the mother of his children Jacqueline Vaughn; his brother Corey Fidler; his aunt Teresa Tracey;  and many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.

James is preceded in passing by his mother Angela Howard; his bonus father Keith Stahcombe; the grandmother who raised him, Mary Kinkade; his uncle Harold; his grandpa Norman.

A Memorial Service for James will be 6 PM, Saturday, January 15, 2022. Visitation will be from 2 PM until the hour of service.
