Howard Trevor Patrick O'Sullivan

Howard Trevor Patrick O’Sullivan, born in St. Andrew, Jamaica to Herbert and Rita (Richardson) O’Sullivan passed away at home after a long illness on 07/16/2025. Howard attended St. George’s Jesuit College in Jamaica until he migrated to Miami, Florida with his family. Howard attended Miami Palmetto High School in Miami, Florida and graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, where he served as president of the Jamaican Student Association. In Miami, Howard was employed at the Immunomonitoring Laboratory at the University of Miami, before moving to Indiana where he was employed as a field engineer for Roche Diagnostics.

He is survived by his four sons Timothy, Christian, Liam, and Ethan, his wife Simone, his brother Mark (Alexandra Epstein), his sister Karlene (Bruce Yap), his aunts Jacqueline Hamilton, and Catherine (Martin) O’Sullivan and his uncles Michael (Joy), Jonathan (Sondra) and David (Tracy) O’Sullivan, nephews Bryan, Damian, Jared, and Zachary, great nieces and nephews Micah, Mia, Leilani, Bryce, and Kahlil, numerous cousins and lifelong friends Paul Smith and Michael Pirson.

As per his wishes there will be a simple ceremony with benediction at Fountain Square Funeral Home at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 1st to be followed by a memorial in Miami, Florida at a later date. Friends are invited to join Howard’s family at these events.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Howard’s name are being accepted.
