H. "Leroy" Anness

H. Leroy Anness, 81, passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021.

Leroy was born In Murray, KY on April 14, 1939 to Calvin and Lorraine Anness.  He worked as a traveling carpenter for 60 years.  He was a very hard worker and an excellent provider.  His wife and kids never went without, he made a good life for his family.  His wife Brenda was his light.  Her passing broke his heart.  He loved his Honda motorcycles and could rant for hours about why FORD was better than Chevy.  Leroy also loved poker in all it's forms. 

Leroy is survived by his children Lisa (Neal) Samples and Bridget Jones; his grandchildren Sabrina, Loren, Ashley, Jerry, Jordan, Heather, Nicolette, and Dominic; and 11 great-grandchildren. 

Leroy is proceeded in passing by his beloved wife, Brenda Joyce Anness; his parents Calvin and Lorraine Anness; his daughter Stacey Anness; his sister; and two brothers.

Family and friends are welcome to visit at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services on Sunday January 31, 2021 from 3:00pm until the time of the service at 6:00pm.

After the services, the American Legion at 1446 Olive Street, Indpls, IN 46203 from 7-10 PM would like to invite everyone for food and further Celebrating Leroy's life.
