Gary N. Miller

Gary Nelson Miller, 73, went home to be with the Lord on August 3, 2026.

He was born August 27, 1952 in Cincinnati. Gary retired from Pike High School after working almost 40 years as a custodian.  He was lifelong member of Calvary Tabernacle and was a man of faith. He was loving, caring, compassionate and read his Bible often. When not in church, you'd find him out in nature, whether on a picnic or taking in all of the wonders. He had a passion for travelling and visiting lighthouses, even spreading the travel bug to his family. Gary was a devoted family man who cherished time with his grandchildren and bonding over family meals. He was particularly a fan of Thanksgiving, mostly because of family, but food played an integral part in his favorite holiday.  

Gary is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda L. Miller; sons and daughters-in-law, David & Jessica Miller and Daniel & Candace Miller; grandchildren, Sierra (husband, Shawn) Manigoe, Brittany (husband, Kevin) Baker, Emily Bryan, Austin, Melody, Brooke, Noah, Josiah, Liliana, and Brielle Miller; six great grandchildren; siblings, Ray, April, Sheila, Daisy, William (wife, Pam), and Robert Harvey; and several nieces and nephews. 

Services will be at 1:00 PM Monday, August 10th, at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Service, with Brother Charles Barcus officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the time of services. 

His final resting place will be at Orchard Hill Cemetery.
