Evelyn Nicole Ballard

Evelyn N. Ballard, age 44, passed away on August 14th, 2025.

She was goofy and fun to be around. She always knew how to make people laugh. She was kind and fun loving. She loved to color and listen to music. She loved reading and writing. She loved movies. She loved makeup and clothing. Her laugh was contagious. She was one of the most amazing people. She struggled for a lot of years toward the end of her life. She tried her best in her own way.

Evelyn is survived by her beloved son, Jacob; daughters, Alyson, Kendall, and Madison; mother, Evelyn; father, Mark; sisters, Toni and Christina; brothers, Fritz and Chris; and her cherished grandchildren, Addison and Kylee. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A sharing of memories will be held 1pm Friday, August 22, 2025, at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services, 1420 Prospect Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46203. Gathering of family and friends will be held from 11am until time of service. 

Evelyn’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be missed but never forgotten.
