Ethlyn Jean Lansdowne, 48, departed this world on October 4, 2023. She was born in Ithica, New York, to her loving parents, Dale Lee Lansdowne and Cynthia Brong on November 27, 1975.

Ethlyn had an insatiable wanderlust, a deep-seated love for live music, and an unquenchable thirst for attending concerts. The great outdoors held a special place in her heart, and she reveled in camping trips, picnics, and any activity that allowed her to embrace nature's beauty.

Ethlyn was a woman who knew her own mind and followed her own path. Her down-to-earth nature and free-spirited approach to life made her a joy to be around. She radiated acceptance and approachability, offering friendship to anyone in need. Ethlyn was not just a friend; she was a confidante, reliable and skilled at keeping people's treasured secrets and having their back.

She is survived by her sons, Nathan Lansdowne and Foster Tarr, and her bonus daughter, Reva Mobley. Her mother, Cynthia Brong, her siblings, Daniel Foster and Brenda Lansdowne, and her life partner, Danny Tarr, also mourn her passing. Ethlyn leaves behind a legacy of friendship and love, and her memory will be forever cherished by her son-in-law, Brandon Mobley, and a multitude of friends.

Ethlyn's father, Dale Lansdowne, preceded her in passing, and she now joins him in eternal rest.
