Donna K. Botts

Donna K. Botts, 67, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2026, surrounded by her family.

She was born August 30, 1958, in Welch, West Virginia. Donna worked as a QMA for a number of years. When she wasn’t working, she loved spending time with her family. However, above anything else, Donna loved playing Bingo, even when not in the best health.

Donna is survived by her children, Tonia Manis, Belinda Taylor, and Sheila Botts; grandchildren, Cody, Kimberly, Danni, Danielle, Daniel, Tesia, Sheyenne, Timothy, Lacey, Joseph, and Tristan; several great grandchildren; siblings, Karen Sasser, Crystal Key, and Danny Trent; several nieces & nephews; and a host of friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vivian (Warrix) Lester; daughter, Misty Botts; and sister, Brenda Osborne.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services, with visitation from Noon until the time of services
