Debra June (Burchett) Stewart

Debra June (Burchett) Stewart passed away unexpectedly on March 29, 2023 in Muncie Indiana. Deb was born May 14, 1956 in Albany, Kentucky to Marion and the late Corene Burchett. Deb spent most of her adult life living in Colorado in the presence of her children and grandchildren. She recently moved back to the Muncie area where she grew up. Deb was a graduate of Cowan high school and spent many years in the cleaning business. Deb was loved by her family and friends and will be dearly missed.  The carefree and outgoing spirit she had will remain in our memories forever.

Deb was preceded in death by her mother,Corene  Burchett, and a brother Mark Allen Burchett, sister-in-law Delphia Burchett and brother-in-law James Weaver and her beloved dog Spike. She is survived by her father Marion Burchett Jr and step mother Wanda, son Zefrey Stewart ,daughter Deja Stewart, grandsons Nathaniel Stewart and Gaige Moore, great granddaughter Ellie, Sisters Sandy Lovegrove, Elisha Weaver, Jessica (Nathan)Brosher, brother Steve (Trisha) Burchett and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation Services handled by Fountain Square Mortuary. A private service will be held for immediate family.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
