David Mullins, 57, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 5, 2025.
Born on September 17, 1967, in Indianapolis to Ernest and Madge (McCort) Mullins, David was a homebody at heart, happiest when spending time playing video games with his nephews and niece. Whether it was Call of Duty or basketball games, he loved the competition and camaraderie. His love for music was just as diverse—ranging from ACDC and KISS to Jelly Roll, with plenty of unexpected favorites in between.
When he did venture out, he enjoyed browsing flea markets with his father, always on the lookout for hidden treasures. A lifelong Colts fan, David never missed a game and was just as passionate about wrestling, tuning in religiously to every match. He also had a deep love for his dogs, especially Buddy whom he shared a profound bond with.
After a lifetime of defying the odds, David is finally at peace.
He is survived by his siblings: Irvin Ray, Joe (Kristy), Ernie (Deanna), Leroy (Janet), Patti Ann, Estel Scott, and Leonard (Benita), as well as many nieces and nephews who will always remember him with love.
David is preceded in passing by his parents, Ernest and Madge Mullins.
