Darla Marie Hall

Darla Marie Hall, 60, passed away on April 28, 2023.

Darla was born in Indianapolis, IN on September 20, 1962 to  Thanual Murl Robertson and Betty Virginia (Griffith) Smith.  Darla was small but had a big personality.  She was gregarious and never met a stranger.  She got along with everyone and was always kind; she was never one to hold a grudge.  She loved to sing and used to sit for hours and hours with her kids, just singing along to the radio with them.  Darla loved going to the riverboat and got down with some Bingo.  She loved her true crime and her paranormal shows.  Darla was a great mom. She worked hard for her kids and made sure they always had what they needed.  She did everything for them and loved them with all her heart.  When her grandchildren came along it was like that love was multiplied.  She adored her grandbabies, spending as much time as she could with them.  She will be greatly missed.

Darla is survived by her children Robert (Jessi) Hall, Steven (Christina) Hall, and Shawna Hall; her grandchildren Coltin, Jordan, Prestin, Peyton, Hayden, Kaylee, Kiera, Stanley, Tinsley, Braedon, Everlee, Brooklyn, and Zacary; her siblings Billy, Randy, Sandy, Eddie, and Danny; and many nieces and nephews including Sarah and Tabitha, whom she was especially close with; and many friends.

Darla is preceded in passing by her father  Thanual Murl Robertson; her mother Betty Smith; her son Shawn Hall; and her siblings Rick, Larry, and Pam.

Services for Darla will be 7 PM, Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services. Visitation will be from 3 PM until the hour of service.
