Danny Dane Ball, 57, passed away June 10, 2026.
He was born May 27, 1969, in Indianapolis to the late, Billy Ball & Linda (Hess) Arnett.
Danny worked most of his life as a truck driver. When not working he loved to spend time with his family and friends, hang out, create some laughs, and have a few drinks. Always enjoying music and giving all a place to come and relax to leave stresses behind and just chill.
Danny had lots of interests and hobbies and was considered a MacGuiver. He could invent something for everything that needed a repair or just a re-purpose. Sometimes really brilliant ideas that make you go wow! How did you do that? He liked guns, knives, tools, ancestors’ war stories, and memorabilia. He had phenomenal bartering skills and knew when to hold or to fold. His DJ and music coordinating made for a really fun night. He was genius with mathematics and had no problem protecting what he loved.
Danny is survived by his loving significant other, Lori Gregson; children, Amanda Ball, Kenya Ball, Mark Ball, and Bri Schultz; grandchildren, Herbetta, Samuel, Jackson, Drea, Grayson, Kaylynn, Joanna, and Jade; great granddaughter, Zendaya; sister, Theresa Ball; the mother of his children, Barbara Parks; and a whole host of extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Craig Ball; and sister, Lisa Underwood.
Memorial Services will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 18, at Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Service, with visitation from Noon until the time of services.
