Charles Allan Dunn II, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away on February 3, 2025.
Born in Indianapolis on April 12, 1966, to Charles and Sandra (Freeman) Dunn, Allan was a graduate of Southport High School, Class of 1984. A natural athlete, he found his passion in BMX racing, competing in the circuit for years along with his sister. Even after stepping away from racing himself, he remained a dedicated supporter of the sport, always showing up to cheer on riders and relive the thrill of the track.
Allan was always up for an adventure. He loved to travel, enjoyed the thrill of new experiences, and was a die-hard Notre Dame fan.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra; his children, Collan Dunn and Sarah (Tommy) Decker; his sister, Sheryl (Tim) Butcher; his niece, Kaila (Tyler McKinney) Nigh; his nephew, Owen Butcher; his great-nephew, Logan Nigh; a granddaughter Violet; and many cousins and close friends.
He is preceded in passing by his father, Charles Dunn.
