Carolyn M (Peisker) Hazel

Carolyn M. Hazel, 83, of Avon, Indiana, passed away on July 19, 2024. Born on December 9, 1940, in Evansville, IN, she was the daughter of Armor Dale and Cora May (Pezoldt) Peisker.

Carolyn had a distinguished career as a manager at AT&T, where her sharp intellect and dedication were widely recognized. Her expertise and leadership left a lasting impact on those she worked with. Beyond her professional life, Carolyn was a devoted mother and a source of unwavering support and love for her family.

She is survived by her children, David (Beth) Bowen, Brenda (David) Crawford, and Michael (Charlie) Bowen, as well as numerous cherished grandchildren.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents; her husband William "Bill" Hazel; and brother Donald Peisker, of Los Angeles, CA.

Carolyn's memory will be treasured by her family and friends who were touched by her kindness and strength.
