Brittany Turner Obituary

Brittany Elisabeth Ann Turner, 30 years young, passed away on February 20, 2021.  She was born in Bradenton, FL on November 19, 1990 to Michelle Lynn Fye.  In 2011 she aced her GED and had aspirations to be a Chef.  Britt was a jack of all trades, and good at a great many things, including math.

She was an amazing Chef, She loved food, to cook, to eat, to experiment an try new creations, She loved to sing so much, She had an amazing voice and it’s a tragedy more people didn’t get to hear her. She loved to be so dramatic at times, her family use to call her a big drama queen. She loved watching any Disney movie. She grew up on them so it stuck with her throughout the years. Brit was a goof ball but yet was very smart. She loved to write poetry and create her own songs and stories. She may have been 30 years young but she loved watching kid things. Like SpongeBob Square Pants was her most beloved show. Her and a close friend used to scream at the top of their lungs “Green Day Rocks My SpongeBob Socks”. She loved Nightmare Before Christmas, Jack Skellington was the BOMB DOT COM to her and she always said she wanted a love like Jack and Sally to be loved Unconditionally even if she was “failing apart” like Sally picking up her own body pieces an sewing them back together.  Brit was a character.

Britt is survived by her husband, Azar Turner; her mother Michelle Fye; her step father Bradley Ward; her sisters Amber Fye and Kaitlynn Brown; her brothers Hunter Ward and Benton Ward; her grandmother Patricia Langley; her Animal Child, her dog Zues; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Note from Amber to Brittany

Brit, I am sorry I never got to tell you I love you more than you could have ever imagined. You are my big sister, I may not have been the best little sister to you as we grew older an grew apart. Never once did I ever dislike you are hate you. I hated the mistakes that was made, I hated the fact I couldn’t help you, an the feeling of being helpless. Im sorry, that I lead myself to believe you needed tough love from me your sister, Guess I was wrong. Instead I just needed to be by your side. I want to thank you, You was there for me throughout the years, When I needed you the most you was there my big sister stood by myside through a lot, Even when I was wrong she still stood by me. You gave me good advice on things, You never once judged me on well anything. You was my Brit-Brat, you was also my big sister so you take the bad with the well deserving good. I wish I could have at least got to spend the adult years as close as we was when we was children and teenagers. For that I am sorry, I wish I could have come up with a better way to get to you than to destroy what amazing sister moments we had. I love you Brit. I’m going to miss those moments hearing you call me your Nik-Nak. Sucks we use to find ways and sing stuff to make mom cry just so we can get a laugh. Jeez we were some wicked kids, but now I can’t laugh at this. All I really want is you to be next to me laughing saying “Gotcha”. My heart, My confidant, My Big Sissie. Brit Ann, I love you to the heavens and back again. Love your little sister Amber(Nik-Nak)
